3. Secure a Major League Baseball Team and Develop a World-Class Stadium
Support efforts to attract and finalize an agreement with a Major League Baseball franchise and the planning, funding, and construction of a state-of-the-art stadium that catalyzes economic growth and community pride.
4. Support the Ongoing Use and Renewal of Fair Park Land
Preserve the Fair Park’s historic role as a place of celebration while expanding its potential for year-round community and cultural activity.
